Kelly is seeking a Client Service Specialist to work with our client, a successful franchisee of a major American financial services organization offering personalized financial advice and wealth management services, on a direct hire basis. Specifically, the Client Service Specialist will:
- Greet clients in person and over the phone
- Receive checks and security deposits, and process new accounts
- Schedule client consultations
- Assist Financial Consultant in gathering new assets
- Proactively uncover additional business development opportunities
- Place trade orders
- Answer securities-related questions
- Deliver outstanding service and provide all clients an exceptional experience
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work related experience
- Series 7 and 63 (or 66) licenses preferred
- Minimum two years’ experience in a direct client facing role, ideally in financial services, retirement planning, or wealth management
- Understanding of brokerage regulations and rules that govern client accounts
- Detail oriented
- Demonstrated experience handling client concerns and issues with tact and diplomacy
- Ability to manage multiple client situations, needs, and inquiries simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to develop and maintain good cross enterprise working relationships
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
