Marketing & Tradeshow Coordinator (Temporary – 6-Month Assignment)
Location: Brea, CA (Hybrid)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | In-office Tuesday–Thursday 8am-5pm
Pay: $28.80–$35.00 per hour (DOE)
Position Overview
The Marketing & Tradeshow Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting marketing initiatives through successful planning and execution of events, tradeshows, and campaigns. You must have strong organization skills, great attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across departments in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate tradeshows, conferences, and promotional events in partnership with Regional Sales Directors and Marketing.
• Manage event logistics including booth setup, shipping, badge registration, insurance, and branding.
• Support marketing campaigns by assisting with content creation, asset development, and promotional planning.
• Work with Product Managers to create event offers, email communications, and social media content.
• Maintain and update marketing collateral, brochures, flyers, and digital assets.
• Generate reports and track key metrics for campaign performance.
• Organize and maintain sales support materials and coordinate new material production.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors to ensure successful event execution.
• Create spreadsheets to track details for events and campaigns.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings with sales, product, and customer service teams.
• Follow departmental SOPs, work instructions, safety, and company policies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts under the Envista Business System (EBS).
Qualifications
• Ability to handle shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organization, communication, and project coordination skills.
Education & Experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience required.
• Experience with project management tools (ideally Smartsheet).
Technical Skills
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with marketing tools such as Smartsheet, Showpad, HubSpot, Canva, Sprout Social, or similar.
• Ability to quickly learn internal business systems.
