Are you organized, personable, and ready to be the go-to person for a busy, fast-moving office? We’re looking for an Administrative Support Coordinator to support our client’s Human Resources team and help keep daily operations running smoothly.
 
Schedule & Environment

  • Full time, 40 hours per week, with a 7:30am or 8:00am start time

  • First 3 months: You will work on-site, full-time as you learn the ropes.

  • After training: Hybrid schedule working 3 days in office

 
Pay: $18 – $24 depending on skills and experience.
Location: Plymouth, MN
 
This is a contract position (6 months to 1 year) with strong potential for extension and growth!
 
What You’ll Do

  • Be the friendly, reliable point person for office operations and support the human resources team with administrative tasks

  • Hande mail, copying, filing, ordering supplies, tracking data, and preparing reports.

  • Manage and respond to emails and calls in a timely manner and ensure proper follow-up on office needs.

  • Assist with scheduling meetings, internal communications, and employee onboarding tasks.

  • Help plan company events and coordinate office activities.

 
Who You Are

  • You bring 1–2 years of office administrative or customer service experience and a high school diploma (or equivalent).

  • You’re confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and managing multiple priorities at once.

  • You’re organized, proactive, and dependable, with a “get it done” attitude.

  • You’re friendly, approachable, and team-oriented, but you also know how to buckle down and deliver.
