Join our dynamic specialty coffee roasting team as a Packaging & Production Associate in Raleigh, NC! We are seeking a coffee enthusiast who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to work independently within established protocols. This role involves packaging specialty coffee to meet diverse customer needs.
Location: Raleigh NC
Pay Rate: $16-$18/hour Depending on Experience
Shift: 1st 30-40 hours a week
Temp Role Depending on workload
Job Duties:
- Fulfill daily specialty coffee orders, ensuring proper labeling, blending, and packaging.
- Operate coffee packaging equipment, including grinders and sealers.
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work areas in compliance with GMP and Food Safety standards.
- Track inventory and conduct routine maintenance on equipment.
- Assist with shipping & receiving tasks and other assigned duties.
Requirements:
- Must have a High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Must be able to be on feet and lift up to 75lbs
- Experience in food or beverage production preferred
