What’s a typical day as a Maintenance Mechanic? You’ll be:

• Demonstrating behaviors that support company safety procedures with a focus on zero injuries

  
  

• Following and complying with SQF, HACCP, and GMP standards

  
  

• Supporting the ConAgra Performance System (CPS), specifically the PM Pillar

  
  

• Troubleshooting, repairing, and rebuilding industrial equipment and machinery to maintain production schedules

  
  

• Performing preventive and predictive maintenance to improve equipment reliability

  
  

• Performing and validating equipment changeovers as needed

  
  

• Dismantling, evaluating, and rebuilding equipment and machinery with a focus on quality and precision

  
  

• Identifying parts and work required using SAP, and entering notifications accurately

  
  

• Participating in the Breakdown Elimination process to reduce downtime

  
  

• Maintaining and improving 5S standards in the workplace

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Mechanic

  
  

• Strong mechanical aptitude with proven troubleshooting skills

  
  

• Experience in fabrication and welding (MIG, TIG, Stick)

  
  

• Working knowledge of SAP for maintenance documentation

  
  

• Ability to effectively communicate in English—both verbal and written

  
  

• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

  
  

• Commitment to working safely and maintaining a clean, organized work area
