Now Hiring: Production Associates – B Shift
Location: Rochester, NY (Gates area)
Pay: $17.50/hour

Shift Details
B Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Mandatory overtime may be required during peak season (November and December) — a great way to earn extra cash for the holidays!

About the Role
We’re partnering with a fast-paced manufacturing facility in Rochester to hire reliable, detail-oriented Production Associates for the B Shift. This is a temporary opportunity with long-term potential — ideal for those looking to develop their skills and gain hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Collating (organizing parts/products), labeling, binning, and verifying materials

  • Assisting with quality control and preparing items for shipment

  • Maintaining a clean and safe work area in accordance with safety standards

  • Meeting production goals and participating in overtime as needed

  • Standing for most of your shift, with some walking and bending required

What We’re Looking For

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Previous experience in manufacturing or other fast-paced environments preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet for the duration of the shift
