1st Shift (Training): $32.92/hr. (Monday–Friday, 6 AM–6 PM, 4–8 weeks)

2nd Shift (Regular): $33.42/hr. (Monday–Friday, 9 PM–6 AM)

What’s a typical day as a Maintenance Technician II?
You’ll be:
-
Troubleshooting and maintaining a wide range of industrial systems including frequency drives, pneumatics, hydraulics, servo motors, refrigeration (NH3), boilers, and HVAC systems.

Performing preventive and predictive maintenance to ensure reliable plant operations.
-
Inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing mechanical and electrical issues using technical diagrams, blueprints, and manuals.

Maintaining accurate records and inventories and keeping your work area organized and compliant with safety and food quality standards.

Collaborating with production and engineering teams to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.

Working independently with minimal supervision while following safety and company protocols.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:

A 2-year technical degree or equivalent hands-on maintenance experience.
-
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills in a manufacturing setting.

Experience with Allen Bradley PLCs and control systems.
-
Familiarity with food manufacturing standards, sanitary design, and Six Sigma / 5S principles.

The ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals.
-
Experience using precision tools and diagnostic equipment.
-
A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Location: Indianapolis, IN 46268

Shift: 1st Shift during training (6 AM–6 PM, 4–8 weeks), then regular 2nd Shift (9 PM–6 AM)

Employment Type: 6-month contract
