Position Overview
As a Manufacturing Technician I, you will play a key role in supporting the mechanical systems of our CO?-to-acetic acid fermentation plant. This hands-on role includes installation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of both rotating and static mechanical equipment. You’ll be involved in both the commissioning phase and steady-state operations.
What You’ll Do

Install, inspect, maintain, and repair mechanical systems and equipment (pumps, compressors, agitators, piping systems, valves, heat exchangers)

Support commissioning activities and assist with punch list resolution

Develop and refine preventative and corrective maintenance procedures

Collaborate with engineers and contractors to ensure mechanical reliability and safety

Organize and coordinate vendors for maintenance and emergency repairs

Document maintenance tasks and uphold mechanical integrity records

Assist with troubleshooting and root cause analysis
About You
-
Hands-on mechanical experience in a chemical, process, or industrial plant environment

Proficient with equipment installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance
-
Able to read and interpret P&IDs, isometric drawings, mechanical schematics, and manuals
-
CAD skills are a plus
-
Basic understanding of safe work practices in process plants
-
Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset toward maintenance and safety
