Kelly® Professional & Industrial is hiring a Forklift Operator for a leading manufacturer in Rockhill, SC   
Shift: 

  • 1st Shift

  • 2nd shift

  • 12 hour (rotating schedule)

  • 7a-7p

  • 7p-7a

 Payrate:

  • $18.00 hr

  • Weekly pay every Friday 

  • Temp to hire opportunity 

Duties:   

  • Package and label finished goods

  • Safely operate a forklift to move and transfer materials

  • Participate in Zero Harm initiatives, including safety checks, near-miss reporting, and continuous improvement efforts

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace

  • Perform cleaning, sweeping, painting, and trash removal throughout the plant

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

  • Forklift operation experience (certification preferred)

  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and perform repetitive physical tasks

  • Basic math, mechanical, and communication skills

Work Environment:

  • Exposure to loud noise, chemicals, and moving machinery

  • Day shift with potential night shift coverage as needed
