Kelly® Professional & Industrial is hiring a Forklift Operator for a leading manufacturer in Rockhill, SC
Shift:
- 1st Shift
- 2nd shift
- 12 hour (rotating schedule)
- 7a-7p
- 7p-7a
Payrate:
- $18.00 hr
- Weekly pay every Friday
- Temp to hire opportunity
Duties:
- Package and label finished goods
- Safely operate a forklift to move and transfer materials
- Participate in Zero Harm initiatives, including safety checks, near-miss reporting, and continuous improvement efforts
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace
- Perform cleaning, sweeping, painting, and trash removal throughout the plant
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Forklift operation experience (certification preferred)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and perform repetitive physical tasks
- Basic math, mechanical, and communication skills
Work Environment:
- Exposure to loud noise, chemicals, and moving machinery
- Day shift with potential night shift coverage as needed
