Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$17 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, from 7:45 AM to 4:15 PM.

What’s a typical day as a Receptionist? You’ll be:
– Answering phones and managing visitor interactions to ensure a welcoming environment, reporting to the Workplace Services Supervisor.
– Handling photo ID badge requests and uploading pictures to WorkDay, as well as managing name plate requests and inputting location information.
– Assisting with vendor management and acting on invoices and Service Now tickets for Workplace Services, while providing backup coverage for team members as needed.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
– Have 1-3 years of experience in an office administration role or customer service role (must have).
– Possess strong relationship and interpersonal skills, along with a high energy and enthusiasm for providing exceptional customer service.
– Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel) and have the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
