Kelly® is seeking a Senior Executive Administrative Assistant for a 6 month temporary assignment supporting senior leadership, starting in November through April/May. This role suits a highly organized, detail-oriented professional comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Compensation:
$19.79/hr
Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide proactive administrative support to senior leaders: manage complex calendars, frequent schedule changes, travel arrangements (including international travel and visa coordination), and expense reports.

  • Utilize Outlook, travel systems, and Concur.

  • Plan and coordinate company events (such as town halls), including catering and facilities coordination.

  • Prepare presentations, newsletters, and reports.

  • Order supplies, and support project management for new hires and other initiatives.

  • Maintain strict confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years’ executive assistant or hospitality experience supporting high-level leadership.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Advanced Microsoft Office and relevant system expertise.

  • Flexible availability, including some off-hours 

  • Initiative and ability to independently prioritize tasks.

Work Schedule:

  • Hybrid: Split time between Round Lake and Deerfield offices (2-3 days/week), remote work, and travel as needed.
