Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team as an Assembly Worker specializing in small parts! This role is perfect for detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment. As an essential member of our assembly line, you will contribute to the production of high-quality products while ensuring efficiency and precision. Roles and Responsibilities:
– Assemble small parts according to specifications and quality standards.
– Operate machinery and tools safely and efficiently.
– Inspect finished products for quality assurance.
– Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
– Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
– Report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor promptly.
Qualifications & Skills:
– High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
– Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing is a plus.
– Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
– Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
