Kelly® is hiring Forklift Operators for a leading warehouse and distribution facility in Carlisle, PA. This role involves safely operating a forklift to move, pick, and organize materials according to customer orders while maintaining a clean and efficient warehouse environment.

Job Title: Forklift Operator
Location: Carlisle, PA
Shifts: 1st Shift – $20/hr | 2nd Shift – $22/hr
Schedule: 4 days/week, 10-hour shifts

Responsibilities:

  • Operate forklifts to move materials within the warehouse.

  • Pick, pack, and organize items according to orders.

  • Scan and track inventory using WMS.

  • Perform forklift inspections and TPM as required.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

  • Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Valid forklift certification and experience

  • Basic computer skills; WMS experience preferred

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills

  • Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements:

  • Lift up to 25 lbs regularly, 50 lbs occasionally

  • Frequent standing, walking, reaching, twisting

  • Occasional kneeling, crouching, or stair climbing

  • Good vision and depth perception
