Kelly Services is looking for a bilingual/ spanish Front desk Receptionist for a busy immigration attorneys office in Orlando, FL 32817

Pay $15/hour
Schedule- Mon, Wed, Fri 8:30am-5pm ( part time)
Temp with the possibility to become permanent for the right person
Start date- 11/17 (approx)

Key Responsibilities

  • Promptly answer and direct calls on two phone lines

  • Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and friendliness

  • Maintain and coordinate the company calendar, scheduling appointments and events

  • Efficiently manage WhatsApp messages and calls, ensuring timely responses

  • Assist with basic clerical duties as needed (filing, data entry, etc.)

  • Monitor and maintain the front office’s organization and cleanliness

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • Fluent bilingual in Spanish and English (both written and verbal)

  • Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in using WhatsApp, common office software, and digital calendars

  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and multitasking ability
