Kelly Services is looking for a bilingual/ spanish Front desk Receptionist for a busy immigration attorneys office in Orlando, FL 32817
Pay $15/hour
Schedule- Mon, Wed, Fri 8:30am-5pm ( part time)
Temp with the possibility to become permanent for the right person
Start date- 11/17 (approx)

Key Responsibilities
- Promptly answer and direct calls on two phone lines
- Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and friendliness
- Maintain and coordinate the company calendar, scheduling appointments and events
- Efficiently manage WhatsApp messages and calls, ensuring timely responses
- Assist with basic clerical duties as needed (filing, data entry, etc.)
- Monitor and maintain the front office’s organization and cleanliness
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Fluent bilingual in Spanish and English (both written and verbal)
- Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using WhatsApp, common office software, and digital calendars
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and multitasking ability
