Kelly Services is seeking a Maintenance worker for a busy property management company located in Orlando, FL 32809.
Pay $20/hour
Schedule- Mon-Friday 8am-4pm

Key responsibilities
- Routine and preventive maintenance: Perform scheduled upkeep on buildings and grounds, including cleaning, painting, and landscaping.
- Repairs: Fix issues with plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, and HVAC systems.
- Emergency response: Be available to handle urgent repair requests, even outside of normal business hours.
- Inspections: Conduct regular property inspections to identify potential problems and ensure compliance with safety codes.
- Tenant communication: Respond to and document tenant maintenance requests.
- Logistics and documentation: Keep a maintenance log, report issues to management, and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Vendor coordination: Assist in locating and coordinating with external contractors for major projects, such as large-scale electrical or plumbing work.
Skills and qualifications
- Technical skills: Experience with a variety of trades, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems.
- Problem-solving: Ability to diagnose problems and implement effective solutions.
- Organization: Skill in managing multiple tasks, maintaining logs, and prioritizing work.
- Communication: Ability to communicate clearly with tenants, management, and vendors.
- Safety awareness: Knowledge of and adherence to safety regulations and procedures.
