Salary: $120,000 per year

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Controls Engineer to join our dynamic team in Memphis. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with deep knowledge of Siemens controls and ladder logic programming. You’ll be responsible for designing, implementing, troubleshooting, and optimizing automation systems across our manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain control systems using Siemens PLCs
 
- Program, test, and troubleshoot ladder logic applications
 
- Implement control strategies to improve efficiency and safety
 
- Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to resolve automation issues
 
- Prepare and update electrical schematics/documentation
 
- Commission new equipment and provide technical support
 
- Stay up-to-date with industrial automation best practices and technology
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field (preferred)
 
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Siemens PLC controls
 
- Proficient in ladder logic programming and troubleshooting
 
- Strong knowledge of industrial control systems and automation equipment
 
- Ability to interpret electrical schematics and technical manuals
 
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
