Job Title: Fulfillment Associate, Document Management and Processing
Location: Austin, TX (100% onsite)
Schedule: 8:00am – 5:00pm (Start Time: 12:00 AM), Monday–Friday
Pay Rate: $20/hour
About the Role:
As a Fulfillment Associate in Document Management and Processing, you’ll play a critical role ensuring legal documents are processed with accuracy and efficiency for our clients. This position is time-sensitive and requires exceptional attention to detail to support smooth operations as a registered agent. Key Responsibilities:
- Discern and process legal Service of Process (SOP) documents according to statutes and industry standards.
- Use our proprietary work site to deliver, scan, and forward SOP documents and instructions.
- Communicate with internal offices, third-party vendors, and clients to ensure proper delivery and confirmation using email, phone, and FedEx tracking.
- Answer client queries, update accounts, and handle governmental agency correspondence.
- Log correspondence into the management system and generate receipts.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and scanned documents.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Analytical thinker and problem solver.
- Ability to read and interpret legal documents.
- Self-directed and efficient—capable of working independently or in a team.
- Effective verbal and written communication, relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable managing a large, time-sensitive workflow.
- Creative and process-oriented.
- High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word), Adobe Acrobat.
