What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping our business running smoothly. You’ll handle specialized processing tasks, provide operational support, and help maintain data accuracy and compliance. You’ll work closely with a team that encourages learning, shares knowledge, and celebrates each other’s success.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Delivering high-quality support for internal partners and business lines

  • Managing operational tasks with accuracy and attention to detail

  • Reviewing and verifying data and documentation for compliance and completeness

  • Using Excel and MS Office tools to create and maintain reports and spreadsheets

  • Participating in daily team huddles, meetings, and process improvement discussions

  • Collaborating with various stakeholders to resolve issues and enhance workflows

You’re a motivated, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy working behind the scenes to keep things organized and efficient, and you take pride in producing accurate, high-quality work.

What You Bring to the Team
Must-Have Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Experience creating and managing spreadsheets or reports

  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines

  • Experience or background in banking, accounting, or bookkeeping

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Previous experience in banking operations or financial services

  • Knowledge of data accuracy standards or process improvement

  • Familiarity with internal banking systems or workflow tools
