What’s a typical day as a Customer Service Representative III? You will:
-
Serve as a primary contact for customers, providing professional order-management and support for the sales team
-
Enter and verify orders accurately and promptly in the CRM/ERP system
-
Track and report sales vs. projections, preparing daily and monthly performance reports
-
Investigate and resolve order/inventory issues, ensuring on-time delivery and customer satisfaction
-
Maintain and update customer records, profiles, and order history
-
Communicate customer complaints or inquiries to the appropriate departments, including issuing credits when appropriate
-
Support additional customer service functions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations
-
Meet or exceed site metrics related to productivity, accuracy, and response times
This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:

A High School Diploma or GED (Associate degree preferred)

6 months to 5 years of customer service and/or order-entry experience in a manufacturing or distribution setting

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort with CRM or ERP systems

Excellent communication skills (phone and email), attention to detail, and strong organizational ability
-
The ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with reliable attendance

Order entry accuracy: ? 99%

On-time resolution of customer inquiries (e.g., 90% within 24 hours)

Timely and accurate monthly reporting
