Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $47/hr
Schedule: 8am-5pm MON-FRI – Hybrid 3 days in office, 2 days from home.

What’s a typical day as a Marketing Strategist? You’ll be:

  • Crafting and implementing marketing strategies to drive brand growth and support organizational objectives.

  • Providing weekly project updates, tracking progress towards strategic goals, and communicating KPIs to leadership.

  • Collaborating with the Operations Manager for performance reviews and resource planning.

  • Acting as the first point of escalation for project challenges, resolving issues, and sharing feedback from stakeholders.

  • Leading team meetings, representing marketing in leadership discussions, and advocating for team achievements.

  • Submitting detailed reports on project completion rates, strategic goals, and budget adherence.

  • Identifying opportunities for process optimization and proposing new strategies or tools.

  • Developing and delivering training programs to elevate team performance.

  • Ensuring company policies and strategic directives are implemented across the marketing team.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Have proven experience in marketing strategy development and execution.

  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.

  • Possess excellent communication and leadership abilities.

  • Are proficient in a variety of marketing tools and platforms.

  • (Preferred) Have prior experience with Janssen BioTech or Johnson & Johnson.
