  • Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $21.00 per hour

  • Monday – Friday 8am-5pm, No nights or weekends!

What’s a typical day as a Data Entry Clerk? You’ll be:

  • Operating a data entry device to record, input, and maintain lists, records, and various data points in electronic formats

  • Monitoring email boxes and creating or updating spreadsheets as part of daily department tasks

  • Ensuring accuracy and integrity while verifying both standard and complex business and statistical source data

  • Following department instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform essential functions

  • Reporting to a supervisor or manager and working closely under immediate supervision, while occasionally exercising independent judgment

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required)

  • Bring 2-5 years of experience in data entry or a related field (preferred)

  • Are familiar with standard data entry concepts, practices, and procedures

  • Possess strong typing skills (WPM/KSph/10-key proficiency)

  • Demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to data accuracy

  • Are comfortable working under supervision and following established guidelines, while being able to exercise some independent judgment and creativity
