Are you looking to grow your career in HR and recruitment with a leading financial institution? As a Recruitment Coordinator III, you’ll play an important role in supporting the hiring process and ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and internal teams.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll support the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding lifecycle. You’ll help process transactions, manage candidate documentation, and ensure all steps of the hiring process are completed efficiently and accurately.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Requesting and processing paperwork for active employees
- Managing and clearing profile flags in the HR system
- Handling 10+ unique communications daily with employees or internal partners
- Coordinating onboarding tasks and background check processes
- Maintaining accurate employee and recruitment records in Workday
- Supporting HR programs and processes while meeting service level agreements (SLAs)
What You Bring to the Team
Must-Have Skills:
- HR or onboarding experience
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Workday experience
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
