Work Arrangement:  Onsite twice a month

Are you looking to grow your career in HR and recruitment with a leading financial institution? As a Recruitment Coordinator III, you’ll play an important role in supporting the hiring process and ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and internal teams.

What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll support the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding lifecycle. You’ll help process transactions, manage candidate documentation, and ensure all steps of the hiring process are completed efficiently and accurately.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Requesting and processing paperwork for active employees

  • Managing and clearing profile flags in the HR system

  • Handling 10+ unique communications daily with employees or internal partners

  • Coordinating onboarding tasks and background check processes

  • Maintaining accurate employee and recruitment records in Workday

  • Supporting HR programs and processes while meeting service level agreements (SLAs)

What You Bring to the Team
Must-Have Skills:

  • HR or onboarding experience

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills

  • Proficiency with Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite

  • Workday experience

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
