Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM | Full-Time
Pay Rate: $23.00–$32.00/hr (DOE)

We’re hiring a Procurement Coordinator to support the Indirect Procurement team at a major manufacturer in Farmington. You’ll process purchase requisitions, track orders, communicate with suppliers, and keep procurement documentation organized and accurate. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced coordination work and has a strong eye for detail.
What You’ll Do

Process purchase requisitions and support invoice workflows.

Follow up with suppliers and communicate order updates.

Review purchase orders for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.

Assist with RFQs, sourcing activities, and supplier documentation.

Support supplier onboarding and maintain accurate records.

Update tracking reports and assist with procurement file management.

Experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain coordination (manufacturing preferred).

Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.

High School Diploma required; AS/BS in Business or Supply Chain preferred.
