Title: Analyst, IS ERP

Pay Rate: $ 42 per hour

Location: Redmond, WA, 98052

Duration: 6 months

Provide technical ERP support to manufacturing and production operations. Acts as a front-line ERP expert that provides troubleshooting, analysis, training, and corrections within the system. Responsible for maintaining and optimizing ERP software to ensure seamless business operations.

Responsibilities and Functions

  • IDOC (intermediate document) clearing – identify and analyze issues between SAP and MES daily

  • Coordinate special work activities on the Production floor

  • Troubleshoot label issues for Production

  • Manage PO cancellations in MES/SAP

  • Clear open TRs in Warehouse Activity Monitor (SAP)

  • Work directly with production operators to create quarantine tickets (QT) as needed

  • Provide technical ERP system support to Production

  • Create and correct work orders within the ERP system

  • Modify work orders as required

  • Act as subject matter expert within MES and SmartERP systems

  • Perform technical problem solving

  • Participate in system upgrades, testing, and documentation

  • Other duties as assigned

Work Experience Required

  • 3–5 years of experience in ERP systems support

  • Knowledge of SAP and MES

  • Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP

Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

  • Office and light industrial environment
