Location: Lubbock, TX

Seasonal position lasting until December, with the possibility of extension depending on crop needs.
Pay Rate: $19/hour
All employees train on 1st shift and may move to a different schedule as needed.
Shifts: Monday–Friday with overtime on Saturdays.

  • 1st: 6:00am–2:30pm

  • 2nd: 2:00pm–10:30pm (shift premium applies)

  • 3rd: 10:00pm–6:30am (shift premium applies)
    Flexibility for all shifts is a must.

A Typical Day in This Role:

  • Operate delinting and seed processing equipment, monitoring dryer temperatures

  • Maintain and troubleshoot seed cleaning equipment

  • Monitor waste products and record operational measurements

  • Assist plant supervisor with quality control and process adjustments

  • Ensure consistent quality of seeds, adjust cleaning and gravity tables as needed

  • Perform equipment maintenance and strictly follow all safety regulations

This Role is a Great Fit If You:

  • Have at least 2 years of proven experience in both agriculture and manufacturing (required)

  • Hold a high school diploma or GED (required)

  • Have worked in seed production, ginning, seed conditioning, or a manufacturing setting

  • Understand OSHA’s Lockout Tagout (LOTO) and Confined Space Entry procedures

  • Can comfortably lift 50 lbs and have strong mechanical aptitude

  • Are safety-minded, reliable, communicative, and thrive in a team
