We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Technician based in Kent, WA (1st shift, $33/hr). This role focuses on troubleshooting and maintaining electrical and mechanical systems, including PLCs, pneumatics, hydraulics, and HVAC. If you have hands-on experience in equipment maintenance and a strong mechanical/electrical background, we’d love to connect with you.

Pay Rate: $33.00 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift
Essential Job Functions:

Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of production and facility systems.

Work with Allen Bradley PLCs, frequency drives, pneumatics, hydraulics, servo motors, refrigeration (NH3), boilers, and HVAC systems.

Conduct preventive maintenance and maintain accurate records.

Read and interpret blueprints, electrical and mechanical drawings, and equipment manuals.

Maintain clean, safe, and efficient work areas while following safety and quality standards.
Must-Haves:

2-year technical degree or equivalent on-the-job experience in maintenance or related trade.

Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude with advanced troubleshooting ability.

Skilled in use of trade tools, instruments, and equipment.

Ability to work independently and follow general maintenance instructions.

Food manufacturing experience and sanitary design knowledge a plus.
