Administrative Support Specialist
We’re seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Support Specialist to join our team in Monsey, NY. This full-time, entry-level position is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a professional attitude. The role requires a reliable vehicle for weekly mail runs and hands-on support across departments.

$23.50/hr | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM | Up to 5 hrs OT weekly
12-month contract | Potential to convert | Start ASAP
Key Responsibilities:

Draft, prepare, and review state and county documents accurately.

Manage incoming and outgoing mail for various departments.

Perform weekly mail runs and maintain detailed delivery records.

Communicate professionally with team members via phone and email.

Assist with administrative, compliance, and document management tasks.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).

Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (required).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Dependable, adaptable, and professional work ethic.
