What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll play a key role in supporting the Access Provisioning team, handling access requests, onboarding and offboarding employees, and maintaining system security. You’ll work closely with partners and third-party vendors to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant provisioning across multiple platforms.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Processing access requests for Canadian Personal Banking operations within established SLAs

  • Managing onboarding and offboarding activities to ensure proper access control

  • Collaborating with internal teams and vendors to resolve provisioning issues

  • Monitoring and following up on submitted requests to ensure completion and accuracy
