Job Details
- Temp-to-hire position
- Shift: 1st Shift, Monday–Friday
- Pay Rate: $24.20/hour
Daily Responsibilities
- Assemble electro-mechanical components to industry standards
- Identify and repair mechanical assembly issues
- Complete work orders accurately
- Inspect products and document operations for quality assurance
- Use microscopes for precision assembly tasks
- Assist with stock room, shipping, receiving, and product validation as needed
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
- 2+ years’ experience in electro-mechanical or high-volume manufacturing assembly (preferred)
- Familiarity with Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) environments
- Knowledge of FDA cGMP/QSR or ISO quality standards
- Skilled use of microscopes, strong manual dexterity, and good eyesight
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Team-oriented attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent, with proficiency in math and language
