What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll support day-to-day administrative and shipping operations, maintain accurate records, and ensure smooth coordination within the office and seed station.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Maintaining records and filing systems in both electronic and physical formats

  • Performing daily site shipping tasks, including time-sensitive materials and deadlines (may involve lifting up to 50 lbs and extended periods of standing during inventories)

  • Ensuring confidentiality in handling sensitive information

  • Responding to routine and non-routine inquiries from colleagues and management

Safety & Compliance

  • Participate in on-site safety standards and procedures

  • Serve as a member of the Joint Health and Safety Committee

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred

  • 2+ years of administrative experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Familiarity with inventory and safety management systems is an asset

  • Strong attention to detail and professional communication skills

  • Ability to organize tasks, prioritize effectively, and solve problems independently
