• ? Work Setup: Fully Onsite (occasional factory access up to 2x per week; PPE required)

What’s a typical day as a Change Coordinator I? You will:

• Coordinate and manage technical data changes through the Enterprise Change Request (ECR) process using PLM software.

  
  

• Collaborate with engineering, quality, purchasing, production, and vendors to manage product improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.

  
  

• Apply engineering principles to assess designs, create and review Bills of Materials (BOMs), and ensure accuracy of documentation.

  
  

• Provide programming logic for BOM generation through a configurator application.

  
  

• Support engineering systems and cross-functional teams to resolve data and change management issues.

  
  

• Create and revise engineering documentation to align with current practices and regulatory standards.

  
  

• Manage multiple priorities and ensure timely delivery of engineering change projects.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:

• An Associate’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline (or equivalent experience).

  
  

• 1–2 years of experience in product, project, or support engineering within a manufacturing or engineering environment.

  
  

• Experience with PLM systems (Windchill preferred) and 3D CAD software (Pro/E, Creo preferred).

  
  

• Knowledge of engineering change control processes and manufacturing principles (casting, machining, stamping, 3D modeling).

  
  

• Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.

  
  

• Ability to work effectively across global, multi-time-zone teams.
