? Shift: Monday to Friday | 7:00 AM – 8:30 AM start | 8-hour shift

? Employment: 1-Year Contract

? Work Setup: Fully Onsite (occasional factory access up to 2x per week; PPE required)
What’s a typical day as a Change Coordinator I? You will:
-
Coordinate and manage technical data changes through the Enterprise Change Request (ECR) process using PLM software.
-
Collaborate with engineering, quality, purchasing, production, and vendors to manage product improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
-
Apply engineering principles to assess designs, create and review Bills of Materials (BOMs), and ensure accuracy of documentation.
-
Provide programming logic for BOM generation through a configurator application.
-
Support engineering systems and cross-functional teams to resolve data and change management issues.
-
Create and revise engineering documentation to align with current practices and regulatory standards.

Manage multiple priorities and ensure timely delivery of engineering change projects.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:

An Associate’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline (or equivalent experience).

1–2 years of experience in product, project, or support engineering within a manufacturing or engineering environment.

Experience with PLM systems (Windchill preferred) and 3D CAD software (Pro/E, Creo preferred).

Knowledge of engineering change control processes and manufacturing principles (casting, machining, stamping, 3D modeling).
-
Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
-
Ability to work effectively across global, multi-time-zone teams.
