Job details

Kelly is now hiring Manual Assemblers, for a company in Middletown, PA.
Where you will play a crucial role in the assembly of terminal blocks and associated hardware. With flexibility to work in teams, small batch production, or flow lines. If you are interested, please email your resume to Marb621@kellyservices.com

Pay Rate: $17.25/hr (M-F 7AM to 3PM)
$18.50/hr (M-F 3PM to 11PM)
$18.50/hr (SUN-THURS 11PM to 7AM)

Roles and Responsibilities:
– Operate various machines, including but not limited to CMS Plotter, Blue Mark, EZ Label, and PLS Web Printer.
– Perform hand assembly of small parts and various products.
– Execute final assembly and packaging of completed assemblies.
– Screen and separate various parts for quality assurance.
– Record assembly time data and complete all associated routing and quality documents.
– Assist in other production areas as needed, focusing on increasing productivity.
– Adhere to necessary PPE requirements, ISO specifications, and company procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:
– High school diploma or GED.
– Minimum of one year experience in hand assembly of small parts; electronic assembly experience preferred.
– Strong organizational skills and ability to comprehend English written production documents.
– Basic computer skills.
– Positive attitude and adaptability to change.
– Commitment to lifelong learning and personal growth.
