Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
First Shift: M-F, 5:45 a.m. – 1:45 p.m.

What’s a typical day as a Heavy Equipment Operator? You’ll be:
- Operating various types of heavy equipment, such as an excavator, in a controlled testing environment for the entire shift (8 hours)
- Utilizing the machines as intended, primarily digging holes at specific angle measurements
- Providing feedback about the performance of the various types of machines
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have hand/foot/eye coordination, with the ability to operate your hands and feet independently of each other
- Are physically able to get in and out of the machines, grease, change attachments, replace bucket teeth, etc.
- Have a willingness to learn, follow instructions, and accept standardized methods
- Are willing to work in adverse weather and solitude, performing routine, repetitive, and mundane tasks
- Are able to adhere to safety policies and procedures while operating equipment
