Kelly Government Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse Clerk to perform a combination of manual and clerical duties related to receiving, storing, and issuing equipment, materials, and supplies in a central warehouse. The ideal candidate will be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, examine, and verify stock items to ensure conformance with specifications and invoices.
- Store materials in designated locations based on identifying factors.
- Fill orders or issue supplies from stock and process requisitions for replenishment.
- Prepare stock usage reports and maintain accurate records.
- Determine appropriate storage methods and locations, considering factors such as temperature, humidity, weight/height limits, turnover rate, floor load capacity, and available space.
Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a stockroom, warehouse, or material handling environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SAP.
- Experience with Smart MES.
- Class 2 forklift certification/experience.
