Job details
Our client is an asset-based third-party logistics (3PL) company specializing in retail consolidation and supply chain solutions for consumer-packaged goods (CPG) suppliers. They are seeking a Quality Inspector who will be responsible for conducting audits and inspections on inbound customer deliveries, as well as all other internal operational roles within the warehouse.

Full-Time | Direct Hire
Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm
Pay Rate: $25/hr
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Inspect inbound deliveries for compliance with standards and validate labels and counts.
 - Maintain accuracy and confidentiality in all quality and inventory reporting.
 - Complete documentation and data entry thoroughly and timely.
 - Support supervisors as needed and ensure adherence to all procedures.
 - Use computer terminals/scan guns to document findings.
 
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
 - 1-3 months of warehouse experience preferred; WMS/Synapse is a plus.
 - Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office.
 - Strong attention to detail; able to read instructions and write reports.
 - Forklift certification preferred.
 
Skills & Abilities:
- Basic math and logical problem-solving.
 - Physical ability: occasionally lift/move up to 50 lbs; able to stand, walk, and perform tasks for extended periods.
 - Comfortable with public speaking and multitasking under stressful conditions.
 - Clear communication via phone and email; 20/20 corrected vision required.
 - Must be in sound physical health, free from controlled substance use.
 
Work Environment:
- Indoor/office setting with occasional exposure to mechanical parts and airborne particles.
 - Noise ranges from quiet to moderately loud.
