What’s a typical day as a Material Handler? You’ll be:
– Picking, packing, sorting, arranging, counting, storing, and processing items for storage and shipment in accordance with established procedures and customer requirements.
– Receiving materials and finished goods daily, verifying quality, type, and amount, and ensuring appropriate documentation is present.
– Safely operating distribution equipment as required while maintaining a focus on quality and accuracy.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
– Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required) and possess 0-2 years of related experience, preferably in logistics within a life science company.
– Are capable of following policies, procedures, and instructions independently while meeting schedules.
– Have basic computer skills to navigate ERP systems, Outlook, and shipping software to support daily operations.
