ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a bilingual, highly analytical, with proven experience interpreting and working with large datasets—SQL and Excel eager to make an impact in the delivery and technology sector. As a Junior Market Lead, you’ll work with both local and national merchants, serve over 1.1 million residents, and contribute to innovative initiatives in Puerto Rico’s vibrant food scene. This fast-paced contract role is ideal for someone with strong operational skills, client management experience, and a passion for empowering local economies.

ABOUT YOU

  • Based in Puerto Rico

  • Fluent in English and Spanish

  • 1+ years’ experience in consulting, business operations, strategy, banking, technology, or related fields

  • Highly analytical, with proven experience interpreting and working with large datasets—SQL and Excel expertise are a MUST

  • Demonstrated client management skills, including conflict resolution and relationship building

  • Self-motivated and adaptable; thrives in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment

  • Strong project management and organizational abilities; able to handle multiple priorities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Team-oriented, with high emotional intelligence and community-focused instincts

  • Passionate about making a direct, grassroots impact on local economies

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Must reside in Puerto Rico and be able to commute locally

  • 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm
