Key Responsibilities

Operate high-speed, large-scale automated assembly machines safely and efficiently.

Perform complex repairs and major adjustments to assembly equipment, including setups and changeovers.

Conduct quality checks according to the Quality Inspection Plan (QIP) and document measurements per specifications.

Complete daily, weekly, and monthly preventive and routine maintenance tasks.

Identify and resolve machine faults, clear jams, restart production, and package finished products.

Perform tooling adjustments (e.g., sharpening, conditioning, checking pin height, bend and insertion stations).

Replace components such as sensors, punches, dies, air cylinders, belts, and other machine parts as needed.

Use measurement tools including height indicators, gauges, and microscopes for precision checks.
Qualifications
-
1+ year of experience in assembly, machine operation, or a related manufacturing role.

Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.

Familiarity with hand tools and precision measuring instruments.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards.

Ability to work in a standing position for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs as needed.

This position focuses on producing high-quality components through precision setup, operation, and maintenance of equipment.
