Pay Rates/Shift:

  • 1st shift – 7am-3pm

  • Assembly – $17.25

  • Operator – $18.25


  • 2nd shift – 3pm-11pm

  • Assembly – $18.50

  • Operator – $19.50


  • 3rd shift – 11pm-7am

  • Assembly – $18.50

  • Operator – $19.50

    What’s a typical day as an Electronic Assembler? You’ll be:
    • Performing manual assembly of terminal blocks and associated hardware, ensuring the quality of your work.
    • Engaging in hand assembly of various products, including final assembly and packaging.
    • Reading blueprints and schematics to assemble products, applying bonding and conformal coating materials to strengthen and protect assemblies.

    This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
    • Have a High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 1 year of experience in small parts assembly; electronic assembly experience is preferred.
    • Possess strong organizational skills and the ability to read and comprehend English written production documents.
    • Are a recent graduate from a technical school with soldering and electronic assembly experience, or have knowledge of wiring and assembly techniques.
