Pay Rate: $25.53/hour
Work Schedule: 2nd Shift – Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM
Training Schedule: Day Shift, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM (initial training period)
Position Overview
Join the Quality Control and Reliability team, where precision and consistency are key. As a Quality Control Inspector, you’ll ensure that all products and components meet strict specifications, performance standards, and regulatory requirements. You’ll play a critical role in product integrity by conducting in-process and final inspections, assisting with quality documentation, and supporting audit readiness.
Key Responsibilities

Perform receiving, in-process, and final inspections to verify compliance with specifications and quality standards.

Inspect manufactured tubes and supplied materials for conformity to standard, visual, and tactile quality requirements.

Conduct precise measurements using rulers, micrometers, height gauges, pin gauges, and vision systems.

Ensure inspection and testing equipment is properly calibrated and within tolerance.

Support production by performing on-line inspections during manufacturing runs.

Maintain accurate quality documentation and assist with production records.

Help coordinate inspection priorities to align with customer delivery requirements.

Support internal and external audits, maintaining readiness at all times.

Keep the work area organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards.

Perform other duties as assigned to support quality and operational goals.
What Your Background Should Include
-
High school diploma or equivalent.
-
Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality inspection within a medical device or other regulated industry.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality documentation practices (GDP).

Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Intermediate math and measurement skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
