Job Opening: Customer Service – Inventory Coordinator (Temp-to-Hire)
Location: Allegan, Michigan
Pay Rate: $23 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, on-site 7AM-3PM
 
Kelly® Services is seeking a motivated Customer Service – Inventory Coordinator for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a leading company in Allegan, MI. This role supports the sales Operations team and plays a vital part in managing inventory, sales samples, and promotional materials while ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures.
 
Job Purpose
The Customer Service – Inventory Coordinator is responsible for coordinating inventory activities, including ordering, assembling, tracking, and distributing sales samples and promotional materials. This position ensures accuracy in inventory management and provides excellent customer service to both internal and external teams.
 
Key Qualifications
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate effectively across departments.
 
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
 
- High attention to detail and accuracy, especially with numbers and inventory data.
 
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities with minimal supervision.
 
- Proficiency in SAP, SharePoint, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
 
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting as needed.
 
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
 
- Experience: 1–3 years of administrative, inventory, or shipping experience; background in sales or marketing preferred.
