Machine Operator (Cutter) – Seasonal Printing Production
Great way to earn extra cash for the Holidays!

Location: Rochester, NY (Gates area – limited bus line access)
Shift:

  • B Shift | Sunday–Thursday | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Must be flexible for mandatory overtime during peak season — may include arriving early, staying late, or working occasional extra day! 

Pay: $17.50/hour | Paid Weekly
Duration: Seasonal through late December (potential to extend or hire on based on performance and business needs)

We’re hiring motivated Machine Operators (Cutters) to join a busy printing production team during their peak holiday season. This role is perfect for someone with prior machine or manufacturing experience who wants steady work and the chance to earn extra cash through the end of the year.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Operate and maintain paper cutting machines and other production equipment

  • Follow job orders to cut printed materials to exact measurements

  • Inspect products for quality, alignment, and precision before packaging

  • Support additional areas such as labeling, collation, binning, and quality control as needed

  • Keep work area clean and organized, following all safety procedures

  • Communicate with leads and supervisors to meet daily production targets

What You Bring:

  • Prior experience with cutting machines or other manufacturing equipment preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Reliable attendance and willingness to learn multiple production tasks

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand throughout the shift

  • Reliable transportation (location has limited bus access)
