Pay: $35–$37/hr
Shift: 1st Shift, Mon–Thurs (7am–4/4:30pm) with regular overtime (Fridays, Saturdays, and occasionally Sundays—flexibility required)

Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance – Level IV professional to maintain and improve mechanical and electrical systems in a busy manufacturing facility. You will troubleshoot, repair, install, test, and optimize heavy industrial machinery and support continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, assemble, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment, including CNC controls.
- Perform both mechanical and electrical preventive maintenance on industrial machines.
- Execute quality inspections and apply high standards of workmanship.
- Identify and address manufacturing constraints to improve productivity.
- Mentor and train team members as needed.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and support teams.
- Promote and ensure team and workplace safety.
- Engage in ongoing training and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain tools and follow good housekeeping practices.
Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience:
- 10+ years of production maintenance experience in industrial machine repair (heavy machinery, not just conveyor systems).
- Proven experience in heavy-duty manufacturing environments preferred.
- Experience with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems; PLC controls; and MIG welding.
- Reading blueprints and schematics and interpreting service manuals.
- 2nd shift applicants should have team lead experience (guiding others, not formal supervision).
- Skills & Competencies:
- Advanced troubleshooting skills for complex machinery.
- Effective communicator; works well in diverse teams.
- Strong focus on health, safety, and compliance.
- Ability to learn quickly and drive results in changing environments.
- Able to manage own time and tasks efficiently.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Support-oriented approach—internal and external customer focus.
Preferred Qualifications
- 15+ years of production maintenance experience.
- MIG welding proficiency.
- Hands-on experience leading maintenance improvement projects.
- Demonstrated ability to operate, troubleshoot, and service semi-automatic equipment (e.g., ROSIE, Blaster, Sigma Press, Vertical Lathe).
