Material Handler – Batch Maker
Position: Batch Maker
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Location: Maryland Heights, MO
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Batch Maker to join our production team. This role is responsible for accurately weighing and blending raw materials to produce batches in accordance with customer orders. The Batch Maker will also be cross-trained in shipping and receiving operations to provide support as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow precise instructions on manufacturing orders to create finished products.
- Pull raw materials from inventory to complete batch production.
- Label pails/drums upon completion of products.
- Pull samples of finished products for lab testing and customer retention.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks when necessary.
- Support general warehousing duties as assigned.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Basic math skills required.
- Forklift experience (sit-down electric forklift) preferred, but training will be provided if necessary.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Able to stand for long periods of time.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
- Must pass a Nation Criminal Background Check
- Must pass a mouth swab
