Job title- Shipping/Receiving Clerk  

Location: Detroit, MI  

Salary: $17.00 an hour  

Schedule Full time temp to hire: Monday through Friday 7:30AM-3:30PM with occasional weekends.  

 

Job Summary  

Join our team as a Shipping/Receiving Clerk and help us ensure efficient daily operations in our warehouse. This fast-paced, hands-on role involves order fulfillment, inventory management, and maintaining safety standards.  

 

 

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Will be handling inbound and outbound materials through truck deliveries.  


  • Entering in shipping details using a computer.  


  • Maintain clean and safe work environment, complying with OSHA and company policies  


  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and production staff to meet production schedules.  

 

Qualifications:  

  • High School Diploma or equivalent  


  • Computer experience in handling shipping needs  


  • Prior experience in Shipping/Receiving  


  • Strong attention to detail.  


  • Able to lift up to 30+Ibs, standing and bending 8–10 hour shifts.  


  • Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and reliability
