Job Title: Builds Department Associate
Location: Sterling, VA
Overview:
Join our Builds Department, the powerhouse of our data center operations! This is our largest department, experiencing significant growth due to the nature of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 40 lbs overhead and moving heavy materials (1,100+ lbs) using equipment.
- Stand, twist, kneel, and move for 8+ hours a day.
- Utilize basic inventory and material handling equipment (MHE).
- Maintain focus while multitasking and ensure attention to detail.
- Be open to learning new tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule and Compensation:
- Pay Rate: $22.50 per hour
- Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday
- Overtime: May be required depending on workload
