Location: Beaumont TX
Compensation: $70,000+ DOE + Commission/Bonus Opportunities
Schedule: Full-time | 6am–3pm Daily
About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our client’s restaurant. As the leader of our team, you’ll cultivate a positive and productive work environment, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and drive operational excellence and profitability.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Operational Management: Plan, direct, and supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and profitability, adhering to company guidelines.
- Staff Leadership & Development:
- Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and supervise all staff (FOH & BOH).
- Coach, motivate, and foster a high-performance environment.
- Conduct manager meetings and regular staff evaluations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 5–10 years progressive experience in restaurant management or commercial foodservice, including managing operations and staff.
- Proven success in managing costs, labor, and financial planning.
- Serve Safe and TABC (Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission) certifications required.
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
- Ability to train, inspire, and motivate teams.
- Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a background check.
- Flexible schedule openings, closings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods.
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting salary of $70,000+, based on experience
- Commission/bonus opportunities
- Full-time schedule: 6am–3pm daily
