About the Opportunity:
We’re actively building a pipeline of skilled Human Resources professionals for upcoming opportunities in the Petersburg, VA area. These roles will support dynamic organizations focused on employee engagement, talent development, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Support HR operations, including recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations

Maintain personnel records and ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws

Assist with performance management processes and training initiatives

Serve as a point of contact for employee questions, ensuring a positive workplace culture

Partner with leadership to support HR projects and organizational goals
Qualifications:
-
1–5 years of experience in Human Resources (Generalist, Coordinator, or Specialist roles)

Strong communication and organizational skills
-
Working knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and best practices

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems

Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
