Job details
This is an on-site, second-shift position in Montgomeryville, PA, supporting our card sample manufacturing team. We are looking for an agile, enthusiastic individual to manage and execute the prototyping process from sheet printing to final assembly and shipping. This role requires the ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
Pay rate: USD 25 per hour
Work Schedule: Mon-Fri / 2nd shift: 2 pm – 10 pm
Key Responsibilities
- 
	
Production & Coordination: Manage work handed off from the first shift. Coordinate with printing and New Product Introduction (NPI) teams.
 - 
	
Manufacturing Support: Directly support manual production processes, including:
- 
		
Manual perforation, sheet collation, and lab lamination.
 - 
		
Manual punching and various manual printing tasks.
 
 - 
		
 - 
	
Quality & Art Prep: Support color correction for artwork and provide work direction to digital and silkscreen press operators.
 - 
	
Logistics: Order materials using PDM and coordinate the shipment of final samples.
 - 
	
Support: Act as a backup to the Specialist and contribute to new product qualification efforts.
 
Minimum Requirements
- 
	
High school diploma or equivalent.
 - 
	
Demonstrated technical ability with manual and machine processes.
 - 
	
Excellent communication skills and a team-player mentality.
 - 
	
Proven ability to work autonomously and with a customer-oriented focus.
 
Preferred Qualifications
- 
	
Prior experience in a card manufacturing environment.
 - 
	
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel & Word.
